Role Summary
Executive leader responsible for all contracts and commercial activities across multi-billion SAR luxury hospitality developments. Ensures maximum profitability, strategic risk management, and contractual excellence while partnering with clients, operators, and executive management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contracts: Full ownership of FIDIC, bespoke, and operator-driven contracts; lead negotiations, manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Commercial Management: Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and final accounts; drive value engineering and profit protection.
- Claims & Risk: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks; lead high-stakes claims and settlements.
- Procurement & Subcontracts: Direct high-value procurement; ensure subcontract terms align with client obligations and protect the company.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and mentor a high-performing team; act as the commercial interface to Board, clients, operators, and consultants; deliver actionable executive reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering; Master's preferred.
- 20+ years with main contractors on mega luxury hospitality projects.
- Deep expertise in FIDIC, bespoke, and operator-driven contracts.
- Proven track record managing multi-billion SAR projects, claims, and commercial performance.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
