About the Role:
The job holder is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and benchmark studies to identify corporate finance and treasury management best practices and applicable laws and regulations
- Define corporate finance and treasury management guidelines by examining industry standards, regulatory requirements and best practices to establish a foundation for effective financial operations
- Develop corporate finance and treasury strategy in alignment with best practices and regulatory laws and regulations
- Gather insights from past cash flow management experiences to develop cash flow management strategy that ensures sufficient cash availability
- Assess previous financial risk incidents and set accordingly clear guidelines to initiate responsive measures
- Determine a proper banking structure and outline specific account requirements to ensure effective management and oversight of banking relationships
- Develop engagement plan to foster strong relationships with banks and financial partners, facilitating smooth transactions, timely support and a robust flow of financial information
- Design and update KSIA's financial control and reporting framework, guidelines, governance, and methodology
- Design and update annual coding plan defining the interactions between all account structure improving accuracy in tracking financial movements and ensuring consistency across financial reports
- Control KSIA financial processes and policies and ensure proper implementation to ensure smooth financial operations
- Conduct periodic financial audits examining financial records, transactions and reports to detect any discrepancies or irregularities and provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed
- Update the financial controlling process by handling proper auditing of accounts and analyzing financial reports and budget discrepancies
- Provide inputs and recommendations to improve account's structure and to streamline reporting mechanisms, ensuring efficient data flow and the accuracy of financial statements
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings and remain on track with financial objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in similar role or equivalent is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or equivalent
Master's degree in similar role or equivalent is preferred
