Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with over 7 years of experience to provide legal guidance and support across all business operations within our trading company. The ideal candidate must be a Tagalog speaker and available to join immediately. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and supporting the company's commercial activities, particularly within the trading and commodities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support across corporate and commercial matters

Ensure full compliance with applicable local and international laws

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents

Manage and maintain corporate records and legal documentation

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks

Support business operations related to trading and commodities

Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when required

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law

Fluency in Tagalog is mandatory

Immediate availability to join is required

Strong knowledge of trading and commodities legal frameworks

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters
