Cost Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost control systems for various projects.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide financial forecasts.
• Prepare cost reports and budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• More than 7 years of experience in cost control and project planning.
• Strong knowledge of cost management techniques and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Central Region projects is an advantage.
