Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food and operational costs
- Analyze expenses and prepare cost reports
- Track inventory and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams
- Ensure budget compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years in cost control (catering/F&B preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of inventory and cost management
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Locally available in Qatar
