Job Description

Description

* Participate in meetings with the CEO, ensuring that any decisions made are in compliance with the legal regulations of both Saudi Arabia and Spain, as well as internal policies, while providing professional judgment to safeguard the company's interests.

* Design and implement the necessary structure in Saudi Arabia, defining processes, procedures, and relationships with other Aedas departments and external partners, in order to create a framework that ensures quality, continuous improvement, and the achievement of set objectives.

* Prepare the budget for Saudi Arabia. Once approved, monitor and control it to establish a framework that enables corrective actions in case of any detected deviations.

* Lead both direct and indirect teams under your responsibility, based on existing needs and priorities, evaluating their performance and promoting actions to facilitate integration, coordination, and motivation.

* Prepare and present the annual plan for the Middle East Division to the CEO for approval. The plan should align with established objectives and be developed in coordination with the Financial Department.

* Ensure that all personnel under your responsibility comply with the stipulated corporate processes and procedures, while ensuring proper coordination between them and other relevant areas and departments of the company involved in Saudi Arabia.

* Establish a continuous control and reporting system through relevant dashboards to allow detailed monitoring of both project developments and the adherence to the business plan for the region.

* Drive the development of initiatives during the construction phase that improve control over timelines, ensure greater certainty regarding final costs, and enhance execution quality, establishing necessary agreements with third parties.

* Support and drive the implementation of the strategy defined by the company's management.

* Participate in meetings or events with Saudi public authorities or other stakeholders as required by the company.

* Regularly report to the CEO on the progress of various operations in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Education

* University Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Roads, Channels and Ports Engineering, or a similar field

* MBA is a plus

Experience

* Over 10 years of relevant experience in the real estate development and construction sector

* Experience living in or having lived in Saudi Arabia or other Middle Eastern countries is highly valued.

Specific Knowledge

* English

* Strong technical, commercial, legal, and financial knowledge of the sector
