Execute all credit related operational tasks with accuracy and within established timelines, strictly following internal policies, procedures, and Central Bank regulations.
Maintain organized manual and electronic filing systems to ensure document traceability and easy retrieval.
Support the officer with clean up activities and the preparation of required MIS reports on a regular basis.
Track customer requests, diarize follow ups, and ensure timely processing on the scheduled dates.
Conduct periodic control checks, promptly reporting any discrepancies or issues identified.
Escalate any irregularities or incidents that may pose financial, operational, or compliance risks.
Ensure all activities comply with Anti Money Laundering (AML) guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
Recommend enhancements to existing processes to improve controls, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
Manage a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues directly or escalating when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in banking or financial services, specifically within operations or credit processing.
Industry: Experience in finance or accounting environments with exposure to financial operations and documentation accuracy.
