About the role
The CRM Executive is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple owned channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and more. This role ensures that all communications contribute to brand elevation, strengthen desirability, and deliver a high-quality experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute CRM Campaigns:
- Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other owned channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Align campaigns with marketing strategies, offers, and GWP initiatives.
Ensure Brand Consistency:
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to maintain a high-quality brand experience.
- Brief designs to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives.
Analyze and Optimize Campaigns:
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with External Agencies:
- Collaborate with agencies on sampling campaign strategies.
- Coordinate the implementation of WhatsApp and SMS communications.
Innovation and Strategic Contribution:
- Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices in the niche perfume and beauty sectors.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
Forecasting:
- Collaborate with analytics teams to anticipate required quantities and ensure optimal stock levels for CRM-driven promotions.
Role - Specific Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management.
- Experience with email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and KPIs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to luxury brand standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Desired Background & Experience:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management, preferably in luxury, beauty, or retail industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms (Salesforce or Klaviyo).
- Experience coordinating with external agencies is a bonus.
- Passion for luxury brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
