Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments, services, and company processes.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to track shipments and update clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service procedures.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate logistics solutions.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
