Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent for an Arabic account, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The role also involves managing accounts, maintaining effective communication with customers, and assisting in enhancing service efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and working as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Proficiency in Communication and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Experience in Account Management and handling customer accounts effectively.
  • Fluency in Arabic and strong comprehension of customer needs within Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Proficiency in English communication is advantageous.
  • Capability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
