Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role entails providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling communication with clients, resolving issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and delivering an excellent customer experience by addressing their needs professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in managing Customer Relationships and improving Customer Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism in all customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for resolving customer issues
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an asset
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or related certification is a plus
