As a Business Development Specialist, you'll support our efforts to grow market presence and drive client engagement.
Main Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Support in conducting market research and identifying potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for becoming paying (active) clients.
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to build relationships and close deals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify client needs and anticipate their future requirements.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Support in conducting market research and gather information to support sales efforts .
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to direct manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience, ideally in sales, client relations, or market research
- Consultancy Background is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and within teams across departments
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
