Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining professional communication standards. Representatives will promote an excellent customer experience through efficient and empathetic interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) required
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an advantage
