Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Naser City, Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and overall positive customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our services, and maintaining accurate customer records.
