Job Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to parents, guiding them through course progress, resources, and tools.
  • Providing tailored solutions to address educational needs and concerns.
  • Partnering with parents to boost student engagement and performance.
  • Documenting interactions via the CRM system.
  • Meeting daily outreach and engagement goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in any field.
  • English language proficiency is a MUST.
  • Experience in customer service using English language is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed too.
