Job Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to parents, guiding them through course progress, resources, and tools.
- Providing tailored solutions to address educational needs and concerns.
- Partnering with parents to boost student engagement and performance.
- Documenting interactions via the CRM system.
- Meeting daily outreach and engagement goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above in any field.
- English language proficiency is a MUST.
- Experience in customer service using English language is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed too.
