Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience to handle customer interactions across multiple channels including inbound calls, outbound calls, and live chat. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
- Respond to customers: live chat and digital channels
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center
- Experience handling inbound & outbound calls and chat support
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Arabic speakers are a strong plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
