Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience to handle customer interactions across multiple channels including inbound calls, outbound calls, and live chat. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Respond to customers: live chat and digital channels
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet performance KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center
  • Experience handling inbound & outbound calls and chat support
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Arabic speakers are a strong plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
