Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves actively engaging with customers, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to continually improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering high-quality service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic workplace
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries in a professional setting is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
