Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Cointracts Prop FZ LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Hindi Speaker
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Experience in managing customer interactions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of trading or finance is beneficial
Willing to work in shifting schedules
Salary offer is between 4k-5k depending on experience.
