Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong English communication skills (B2 level) to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).
- Support customers in troubleshooting common issues.
- Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- English level B2 (Good speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM tools.
- Shift flexibility as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus.
