Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong English communication skills (B2 level) to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).
  • Support customers in troubleshooting common issues.
  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • English level B2 (Good speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM tools.
  • Shift flexibility as required by business needs.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus.
