We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information and guide customers through processes
- Record and track all customer interactions in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quick turnaround
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
- Support additional customer service tasks when required
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive or motor insurance industry
- Previous experience working in the UAE
