Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers through processes
  • Record and track all customer interactions in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quick turnaround
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
  • Support additional customer service tasks when required

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive or motor insurance industry
  • Previous experience working in the UAE
