Role Description

The Customer Service Representative role involves managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time position requires delivering customer support services, maintaining high-quality experiences, and resolving issues in a professional manner. This is an on-site role based in New Cairo.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer service fundamentals, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills.
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • High adaptability to work in an on-site team setup in New Cairo.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and tools necessary for customer support.
