Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Innovative Work Solutions located in Qesm El Nozha. The CSR will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily duties include responding to customer concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism, improving the customer experience, and collaborating with team members to meet performance goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
