Job Description:

Junior Couture Trading LLC is looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to provide excellent support to customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries throughcalls, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
  • Processorders, returns, and exchangesefficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in systems such asOdoo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Work on ashifting scheduleto ensure coverage

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience incustomer serviceis a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity withOdoo, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexible with shifting schedules
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
