We are now looking for another team mate to join us in the Commercial team in Dubai as Customer Service Representative.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage and support the supply of Knauf products, maintaining the systems and procedures that ensure our service meets and exceeds customer expectations and aligns with our best practice guide.

Key Responsibilities Are

  • Managing the end-to-end customer journey from order entry to invoicing.
  • Processing orders in SAP with accurate pricing and customer details and maintaining up-to-date records with clear audit trails.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and email; investigating and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinating with sales, warehouse, production and plant teams, to minimize delays and meet special requirements.
  • Communicating order changes, delivery variations and ancillary charges clearly and positively, and updating SAP to ensure accuracy.
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong customer relationships with a customer-centric approach.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, organizing and prioritizing workloads.
  • Supporting your own development and contributing to continuous improvement within the department.

  • Experience in transport and logistics customer service.
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to work autonomously.
