Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering customer queries, managing customer accounts, and effectively communicating solutions to meet customer needs. The role may also require collaboration with internal teams to address customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • University Graduates
  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and experience working as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and convey information professionally
  • Experience in Account Management and handling customer accounts
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and active listening
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
