Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Agent - Italian, located in New Cairo. The Customer Services Agent will handle inquiries and concerns from Italian-speaking customers, providing excellent customer support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving issues, responding to queries promptly and effectively, and delivering a seamless customer experience in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction
  • Skills in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer concerns with professionalism
  • Fluent proficiency in Italian (verbal and written) is required
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in the telecommunication industry is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
