Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional support, ensuring a positive customer experience, and accurately handling customer data and requests.
Qualifications
- Solid skills and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain a high standard of service excellence
- Strong active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) preferred
- Proficiency in using customer service and CRM tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly beneficial
- Proficiency level in English from B1+ to B2
