Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional support, ensuring a positive customer experience, and accurately handling customer data and requests.

Qualifications

  • Solid skills and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain a high standard of service excellence
  • Strong active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) preferred
  • Proficiency in using customer service and CRM tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency level in English from B1+ to B2
