Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in GMAK Company in New Cairo for a Customer Service Sales Specialist. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships to drive sales and create positive customer experiences. You will address customer inquiries, provide solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, promote the company's products, and maintain excellent communication standards via phone and other communication channels. Your efforts will support the overall goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets while retaining loyal customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to enhance Customer Experience through excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site setting and meet sales objectives.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or sales are a bonus.
