We are hiring a Customer Service Agent to join our English Voice team for an international telecommunications account. In this role, you will handle calls from customers in the United States and help them with their account-related questions.
The role mainly focuses on billing inquiries and general account support.
It is a billing account and is not related to fintech or financial services.
Location: Cairo 5th Settlement Plaza
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements
Fluency in English (B1 level or higher).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo 5th Settlement Plaza.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.
Graduates are strongly preferred.
