A global business management software platform — 35 years old, 7.5M+ businesses across 100+ countries — is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success manager in Saudi Arabia. They've been operating in KSA for nearly a decade. This is an established business giving you a blank canvas on the CS side — real ownership from day one.
They're looking for an Associate Business Manager to own the post-sale customer relationship across Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.

- 15,000–20,000 SAR / month base
- Annual bonus — 5–25% of salary, paid in May

What you'll be doing:
- Onboarding new SME customers and getting them to value quickly
- Running product demonstrations and upskilling sessions as the platform evolves
- Understanding customer business challenges and mapping them to product capabilities
- Building long-term relationships that generate referrals and organic retention
- Documenting customer success stories — real before/after business impact
What you'll need:
- 2–7 years in customer success, account management or IT sales — software or SaaS environment preferred
- Comfortable running product demos and explaining software to non-technical SME owners
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Based in KSA
