Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Customer Support Executive will handle daily tasks including assisting clients with inquiries, resolving customer issues, managing online support channels, and delivering high-quality customer service. The candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and collaborating with technical teams for resolution when necessary.
