Aumet is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Officer to deliver exceptional support and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM system
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Experience using CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

- Background in accounting or experience with accounting on Odoo
