Sales Enablement
- Manage onboarding of new customers
- Build relationships with customers
- Keep supplier info up to date for ME customers
- Collate information required for supplier registrations
- Maintain Sales CRM with recent customer updates and developments
- Create sales orders and proforma invoices, and follow through to delivery
Membership Support
- Process new membership application forms
- Register new members and create business partner records in SAP (Dubai) or Zoho (KSA)
- Support with monthly renewals, keeping account managers in the loop
- Manage complimentary training seats, track availability, update records, and register users on the LMS
- Handle cancellations: request credit notes, update records, and notify the regional office
Training Support
- Support the management of training participants on the LMS: registration, user management, password issues, exam resets
- Draft and share participant communications (English/Arabic)
- Follow up for training registrations and setup for courses delivered in Arabic
