Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in New Cairo. The role involves providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, maintaining client records, and delivering prompt and professional support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction

Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time effectively

Fluency in English and/or relevant languages is an added advantage

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
