Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB:

The support operations specialist is responsible for answering customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution and high customer retention and rebooking rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Day-to-day tasks:

Answer customer support inbound calls daily.

Resolve customer complaints promptly with high satisfaction rates.

Ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently and on time.

Ensure proper system and ticket updates according to Filkhedma quality standards.

Follow up with customers on their rescheduled visits to be rebooked.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to answer all requests on time.
  • Escalate any abnormal cases or issues to the customer support lead.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, and KNOWLEDGE:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1.Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

2.V. Good command of English.

3.Basic customer service and communication skills.

4.Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.

5. Problem-solving skills

6.Proactive, problem solver, and high troubleshooting skills.

7.Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
