We are looking to hire a Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting Customer 360 initiatives for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest semi-government companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance and business requirements.
The role sits within the CRM Team and works closely with IT and Data teams to ensure customer data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who is passionate about data quality, customer data governance, and building a single, accurate golden customer profile. You should have hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and be comfortable handling large datasets with a structured, rule-based approach.
