Job Summary
The Data Analyst Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making. The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, drive strategy, and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Preferably with experience in the real estate sector
