Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist (Remote) to support daily operations through accurate data management and comprehensive administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Data Management
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
Review and verify records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify discrepancies and resolve errors promptly
Perform routine data audits and quality assurance checks
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports as requested
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to management and team members
Manage email communications and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare related documentation
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and recordkeeping
Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates
Operational Coordination
Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
Follow up on outstanding assignments to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with maintaining procedural documentation and system updates
Support cross-functional teams with documentation and data requests
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or database management systems
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
Previous remote work experience
