Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across company systems and databases. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Record Management

Accurately input data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems

Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission

Organize and maintain digital files and documentation

Scan, upload, and categorize electronic documents

Quality Control

Perform routine audits of data for errors or inconsistencies

Correct discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate departments

Maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting productivity targets

Follow established data entry procedures and company guidelines

Administrative Support

Generate reports as requested by management

Assist with data collection and research tasks

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred

Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
