Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter production, inventory, or customer data into internal systems.
  • Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Support reporting and data extraction as needed by other departments.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, or finance teams to ensure consistency in records.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to data documentation.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL

  • SHigh school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration or related field is a plus
  • .Experience in data entry or clerical work (1+ year preferred)
  • .Fast and accurate typing skills
  • .Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems
  • .Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • .Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • .Basic knowledge of inventory or production data (for manufacturing environments) is a plus
