Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter production, inventory, or customer data into internal systems.
- Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Support reporting and data extraction as needed by other departments.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, or finance teams to ensure consistency in records.
- Perform general administrative duties related to data documentation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL
- SHigh school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration or related field is a plus
- .Experience in data entry or clerical work (1+ year preferred)
- .Fast and accurate typing skills
- .Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems
- .Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- .Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
