We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Full-Time Data Entry Specialist for an on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include accurately entering and updating data into computer systems or databases, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, and maintaining organized and up-to-date records. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks, managing files, ensuring data security, and collaborating with team members to streamline processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and maintaining a professional approach when interacting with clients and team members.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining records accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities to ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
