Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Data Management Senior Consultant with expertise in NDMO and DAMA frameworks to join our team. In this senior role, you will lead data management initiatives, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the implementation of effective data governance and management strategies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data management strategies following NDMO and DAMA frameworks
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to data management teams and stakeholders
- Assess and improve data quality, data architecture, and metadata management practices
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align data management initiatives with organizational goals
- Conduct data management maturity assessments and recommend improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards
- Lead training programs and workshops to build data management capabilities within the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices in data management
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in data management roles, including senior consulting positions
- Deep understanding of NDMO (National Data Management Office) and DAMA (Data Management Association) frameworks
- Proven track record in implementing data governance, data quality, and metadata management initiatives
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training capabilities
- Experience with data management tools and technologies
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, DAMA-DMBOK) are highly desirable
