Mowaridi is a digital procurement platform born from a joint venture between ABAM and Sary, designed to transform how the Hajj & Umrah catering ecosystem operates. We connect kitchens, caterers, and suppliers through a seamless digital experience — making it easier to discover products, place orders, and manage the full procurement cycle. Based in Makkah with plans to expand to Madinah, we're building the infrastructure that powers one of the world's most important food supply chains.

THE ROLE
The Demand Operations Specialist is a field leader responsible for executing Mowaridi's caterer and pilgrim company acquisition strategy. Working under the Demand Operations Lead, each Specialist owns a segment of the target caterer pipeline and drives end-to-end activation — from first contact and pitch to onboarding and first order. During the Hajj season, each Specialist manages a sub-team of up to 3–4 Demand Operations Associates (seasonal field agents), providing them daily direction and accountability. This is a high-energy, target-driven role with significant field time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Execute the assigned track of Mowaridi's demand activation plan.
· Manage a personal pipeline of target caterers and pilgrim company accounts, tracking all activity in the designated CRM or tracking tool
· Conduct outreach, meetings, demos, and follow-ups with caterers and pilgrim company procurement contacts
· Present Mowaridi's value proposition and handle objections confidently in field settings
· Onboard newly acquired accounts, coordinating with platform and logistics teams for smooth first-order fulfillment
· Manage 3–4 Demand Operations Associates during the Hajj season: set daily targets, debrief results, escalate issues
· Report weekly to the Demand Operations Lead on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and blockers
· Gather field intelligence on competitor activity, caterer needs, and market conditions
· Support post-activation account management to ensure early repeat orders and satisfaction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· 2+ years in B2B sales, field operations, or account management
· At least 1–2 Hajj seasons of experience in Makkah in a commercial, logistics, or field role
· Experience managing or mentoring junior field staff
· Strong pitching and objection-handling skills in Arabic
· Comfort with field-intensive work — daily movement across Makkah required
· Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
· Arabic fluency required; English is a plus
· Saudi national preferred; Makkah-based during Hajj season required
