Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for Bakers, Helpers, Chef de parti . The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including bread, , and other pastries. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, maintaining baking equipment, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The Baker will also assist in planning and developing new bakery products as needed.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in baking techniques, including expertise in preparing bread, and other baked goods
• Experience in general food preparation and handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site kitchen environment located in Dubai
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
• Prior experience in a bakery or culinary environment is preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to collaborate with a team and contribute to recipe creation and development
