The Role
As a Design Architect specializing in architectural design and visualization, you will assume responsibility for transforming ideas into compelling, visually rich designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Your strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, particularly in visualizing concepts and creating high-quality renderings, will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the development of innovative architectural designs, emphasizing visual communication and concept realization.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and architectural models to bring design concepts to life.
- Develop creative and sustainable building and master plan concepts for diverse project types.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, and clients to refine design concepts and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop design presentations, including visualizations, sketches, and other design documentation, in coordination with the team.
- Ensure designs are not only aesthetically appealing but also functional and practical in terms of construction and use.
- Work collaboratively with the team to integrate feedback and revise designs as needed while maintaining the overall creative vision.
- Assist in the preparation of drawings and documentation for project submissions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor and preferably Post Graduate Degree in Architecture.
- 5+ Years experience within a high-profile design consultancy; in the design and delivery of complex projects covering a variety of typologies from medium to large scale. (preferably to include master plan, high-rise mixed-use, residential, commercial, hotels, and education buildings)
- Strong proficiency in architectural visualization software, including Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other related tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and architectural presentations.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Ability to think creatively and translate design ideas into visual form that communicates effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, with an emphasis on articulating design ideas and presenting concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) is an advantage.
