The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and elevate the studio's design output across multiple luxury projects.

This is a pure design leadership role not sales-focused centred on overseeing concept development, guiding design teams, and ensuring consistency in quality, aesthetics, and execution from concept through detailed design.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping design direction, mentoring team members, and maintaining high creative standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

As Design Manager, you will:

• Lead and review design concepts across luxury residential and hospitality projects
• Ensure consistency in design language and aesthetic direction
• Oversee design development from concept to detailed stage
• Provide constructive feedback to interior designers, FF&E specialists, and 3D teams
• Coordinate design timelines and workloads with senior leadership
• Review layouts, material boards, and presentations prior to client submission
• Ensure design documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with design intent
• Identify design risks early and propose practical solutions
• Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables

Skills & Experience Required

• 1015+ years of experience in luxury interior design
• Strong background in high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams
• Excellent space planning and concept development skills
• Strong eye for materials, proportions, and detailing
• Ability to translate creative concepts into buildable design solutions
• Experience working in the GCC preferred
• Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)
• Calm, structured, and decisive leadership style
