Participate in the opportunity assessment process by input of realistic assumptions while coordinating with all involved stakeholders.
Create the project development brief in collaboration with all internal stakeholders, to act as the main guideline for all project disciplines.
Create and update the business plan, incorporating the inputs and plans of all project stakeholders.
Oversee the procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors, in-line with the development brief, approved project budget, and timelines.
Oversee and lead the design phase to ensure that the development brief and business goals are achieved.
Monitor the delivery phase to ensure execution is proceeding as planned and in-line with the approved design, budget, and timeline.
Ensure the project is smoothly handed over from to Operations and clients..
Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure project vision is achieved.
Act as the project lead and focal point of communication between all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifetime.
Maintain the projects financial feasibility and risk mitigation throughout the project completion phases till handover.
Collaborate with commercial functions (sales & marketing) in preparing the product mix, pricing, sales strategy, and ensure alignment and performance until project is sold out.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in a development management role.
Experience in mixed-use, residential, or large real estate developments.
Other requirements
Ability to lead NHC projects through design, approvals, and monitoring of construction
Strong knowledge of NHC regulations and procedures
Strong knowledge of market offering and competition within Riyadh and Eastern Region
Previous experience with NHC projects (villas & apartments) as a Development Manager / Senior Manager within a real estate developer (not contractor or consultant) is a must.
Previous experience in direct coordination with NHC development team (not site coordination) is a must.
