Job Title: Development Senior Engineer.
Sector Business Line: Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure Investment.
Scope: Urban planning , Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions.
Department: Development Dept.
Reporting Line: Development Team Leader
Job Location: Head Office (New Cairo).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve investor drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate approvals for IDA environmental assessments with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to master plan execution by developing and refining design briefs and development plans.
- Evaluate consultant proposals and supervise their technical work to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical support to resolve project design and execution challenges.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing technical information to support commercial needs and decision-making.
- Prepare and compile technical documentation for contracts and building license applications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the design process, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 Years of Experiences
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong technical background in design review, development planning, and project supervision.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with building regulations, license procedures, and commercial project support is a plus.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and GIS.
- S.V-Ray and SketchUp experience is a plus.
